INVENTORY AND CAR STATUS

YardMaster® provides a mapping utility that allows a graphical display of railcar inventory by Yard/Track/Spot. Car type, Hot List and Repair Request are visible from the screen. Advanced filtering allows display by Commodity Code, Customer, Fleet ID, Business Group, Car Status and L/E Ind.

YardMaster® Monitor™ Gate automatically identifies railcars entering and exiting your facility. YardMaster Mobile® Inventory scans railcars and assigns Yard, Track, Spot, Car Status, and L/E Indicator. YardMaster Mobile® Spotting places a railcar on an individual spot on a loading track.

INSPECTION

YardMaster® provides the ability to create custom inspection templates by car type and commodity. Inspections are automatically assigned to railcars and failed inspection line items can trigger actions that prevent loading/offloading of railcars until the issue is resolved.

YardMaster Mobile® Inspect performs inspections of empty and loaded rail equipment for safety and quality control.

LOADING AND OFFLOADING TRAIN CARS

YardMaster® addresses all aspects of loading and offloading railcars, whether it’s simply capturing a product and light/heavy weight from the scale or calculating a pre load outage and post load VCF.

YardMaster Mobile® Load and Offload records and collects loading/offloading information such as Car ID, Spot, Product ID, Lot and Seals. Also has application to safely maximize the amount of product loaded into a railcar using temperature and density. YardMaster Mobile® Seals scans and collects Seal IDs and assigns them to the correct railcar.

DEMURRAGE DOCUMENTATION

Demurrage tariffs are stored in YardMaster® and all pertinent events are captured to ensure railroad and In Plant Demurrage costs are accurate.

YardMaster® Monitor™ Gate captures key event date and times, such as railcar arrival and release to assist in accurate demurrage calculations.

BILL OF LADING GENERATION

Once railcars are loaded, YardMaster® allows creation and transmission of an EDI bill of lading. Your ERP system is automatically updated for shipment confirmation. Additionally, automatic email copies of bills of ladings can be sent to customers and partners.

YardMaster® Monitor™ Weigh Scale collects real-time railcar weights and integrates with multiple rail scale types.
